Zenn House is majestically seated on 3 acres, there are two homes on the property ideal for 14 guests with a total of 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. We are situated in Branxton, 15 minutes from award winning hunter valley vineyards, cafes and restaurants.

We are situated in a quiet, friendly, semi-rural neighbourhood.

Relax and unwind under the private outdoor entertaining area featuring a large 6 person spa, gas fired pizza oven and outdoor dining over looking the property or try your luck at a game of pool in our indoor games room.

I spent a weekend at Sarah-Jane’s home with a large group of friends. The property has so much space for a big group, a games room with a pool table and the biggest fire pit I’ve ever seen. Wonderful place to stay with a large group, would definitely recommend it!

Great and stylish space for large groups, and only 25 mins away from the Hunter Valley Wineries. Great amenities and a great layout. Sarah-Jane and Matt were very quick with their responses, and check in and check out was very easy. Would highly recommend.

Do not sleep on this listing! Myself and 12 others stayed over a weekend in June and had the best stay. The property is beautiful, and the decor is modern and stylish. Loved the outdoor fire pit, bbq, hot tub and pizza oven! Also loved being about to let the chickens out of their coop for the day to wonder around with us on the property. Very charming! You can tell the host goes to great lengths to make the stay beautiful - Glasshouse candles, a few bottles of wine and chocolates gifted upon arrival, extra logs for the fire etc. Heating worked great too. We had 3 people in the cottage and 10 of us in the main house. The cottage is literally right next to the main house so we never felt too separated. We were able to roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit and enjoy breakkie in the sun out on the patio. The boys enjoyed the pool table. Did lots of group cooking in the kitchen for dinner and breakkie, you have everything you need there to make a big feast! And the fresh limes and lemons plucked right off the tree in the front yard were lovely. Host was very communicative and kind. Check in was a breeze. Will absolutely be back!

Sarah-Jane’s Zenn House is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, particularly for a large group. A clean property with a large backyard, a fire pit, a pond, a jacuzzi, a pool table and lots of sprawling lawn! We were fortunate and are grateful they could accommodate our large group of 6 families this Easter.

Next time we are in the vicinity and need accommodation, we know our first choice!
