Pre orders
Please keep in mind that pre orders may arrive later than expected as delays can occur. Please email us for any updates on your pre order purchases and we will endeavour to return your enquiry within 24 hours.
Refunds on pre orders will only be processed if the item is faulty or damaged, items will not be refunded for change of mind on pre order items. Due to increases in shipments and taxes we reserve the right to change our prices when these situations occur without warning.
It is important to be aware that at times our shipments maybe delayed or disrupted due to port closures, including other issues that are out of our control. We will do our best to ensure we provide all pre order purchases with a status update on their purchase if unexpected delays occur.
